A fresh look at architecture in Liège. This first guide to modern and contemporary architecture dedicated to Liège and its surroundings (districts of Liège, Huy and Waremme). A selection of nearly four hundred projects on maps, commented by more than forty authors and photographed by Élodie Ledure. From art nouveau to today: modernist, modest or large-scale programs, private commissions and public buildings. This volume was created in collaboration with the Faculties of Architecture and Philosophy & Letters of the University of Liège, under the supervision of Sébastien Charlier and Thomas Moor. Nevertheless, the publication is accessible to a large public, aware of cultural tourism and also intended as a travel guide.
