You don’t need to register on copyrightbookshop.be.
Just place the items you wish to purchase in the basket.
There are two possibilities:
- you can have the books SENT
- you come and PICK UP the books YOURSELF from one of the two shops. Choose ‘I’ll collect my books in Ghent or Antwerp’.
Pay in 3 simple steps:
- Click on ‘Add to cart’ on your shop page.
Fill in your contact details and delivery address and click on ‘Checkout’ to go to the next step. - Check that everything is correct: the articles, total amount and contact details and then click on ‘Continue’ to go to the next step.
- Your payment is save with us, the data is locked and controlled.
- You will receive an email with a confirmation of your order. (Only if the order is shipped or ready for pick-up, the payment will be confirmed.) We ship on Tuesday or Friday.
The prize is valid for the entire purchase period.
Paying
We accept VISA, Mastercard, Bancontact, Paypal, iDeal, Giropay and SOFORT.
Is it safe to pay with my Creditcard on copyrightbookshop.be?
To ensure your safety and comfort we use a secure order form, which means that all content of the form is encrypted (coded to unrecognizable characters). No external parties will be able to access the information you have given.
Will my privacy be respected? Zal mijn privacy gerespecteerd worden?
We will use your personal information ONLY for processing the order and shipment.
Delivery
When will my order be dispatched?
We dispatch orders twice a week. Every Wednesday and Friday all packages are collected by our shipper. You will be notified when your payment has been processed and when the order is ready for shipping.
When will my order be delivered?
For Belgium please allow a delivery time of between one and two working days after the collection date, and for abroad between five and eight working days after the collection date, depending on the distance to the addressee.

Can I have a receipt?
Yes of course. When you fill in your details on the shop page, you have the option of giving your company name and VAT number. We will then ensure you receive a receipt with your delivery.
Can I use SMAK or Teacher Discount online?
Yes, we can arrange this with a unique online code. Please send us an email and we help you further.
Return policy
In the event of a problem, you can send the goods back within 14 working days, provided they are in their original, new condition. Delivery charges will not be refunded.
How do I return an item?
- Send us an e-mail with your name, address, your order ID and a description of the problem. You will receive an answer from us with a returns number and other details within 2 working days.
- The item MUST be returned by recorded delivery (which means we have to sign for receipt of your package). We accept NO responsibility for packages which do not reach us or go missing in the post. Delivery charges are not refunded.
- We send you the correct item at no extra cost to you. The same object cannot be returned twice.
