German artist Helmut Middendorf (b. 1953) is one of the leading proponents of the Neue Wilde movement and has been a highly influential presence on the Berlin art scene since the 1980s. He is always looking for new ways to express himself through painting, drawing, photography, and collage. This is the first publication devoted entirely to the use of collage within his oeuvre.
