The work of Belgian graphic designer Paul Boudens is distinguished by a restless, often multi-layered and hand-finished style that has become closely identified with Antwerp fashion. After graduating in graphic design and illustration, Paul was approached by fashion guru Walter Van Beirendonck to design prints for his collection. Assignments from other leading fashion designers followed, along with work on posters and publications for the Antwerp Fashion Academy and MoMu, the fashion museum of Antwerp. Paul also ventures into other disciplines, working for choreographer Anne Teresa De Keersmaeker’s Rosas dance company and for the Brussels’ opera and Kaaitheater and designed several art and fashion books. In 2008 he became a member of Alliance Graphique Internationale.

This precious publication features invitations or direct mail designed by Paul Boudens for Fashion designers Wim Neels, Jurgi Persoons, Dries Van Noten, Olivier Theyskens, Yohji Yamamoto and Haider Ackermann. In the appendix you find the process descriptions for the invitations.
