Packaged in a binding reminiscent of an old engineering or medical guide, with finger tabs to easily pinpoint each project, this massive testimony to the works and projects of Eric Owen Moss provides a comprehensive survey of this Los Angeles based architect’s output. A total of forty buildings projects are featured, many realised but others not, that have been created over a twenty year span – predominantly in California, USA, but also Russia, China, Austria and Egypt. Introduced by a short series of observations from the architect, each project is subsequently featured in chronological order and is accompanied by models, sketches, technical notes and details, construction and site colour photographs, and a short introduction.
