Belgian designer Veronique Branquinho has created her very first umbrella at the request of the Royal Flemish Philarmonic (deFilharmonie) and Flanders Fashion Institute. The design of the umbrella is inspired by Branquinho’s collection for fall/winter 2008-2009. The designer uses a tweed motif in autumn colours and a faux wood handle.

A limited edition bag by Belgian designer Eva Pannecoucke
Eva Pannecoucke has designed a limited edition across body bag. Having studied textile design at the Royal Academy in Ghent, in 2004 she began working as an independent designer. Her 'Atame' bags combine recycled leather with unusual, even surprising materials; recently these were colourful scoubidou fabrics and coated gobelin motifs. The form of the bag closely follows the shape of the man's or woman's body, almost making it an item of clothing rather than just an accessory.
