Just place the items you wish to purchase in the basket.

There are two possibilities:

• you can have the books SENT
• you come and PICK UP the books YOURSELF from one of the two shops. Choose 'I'll collect my books in Ghent or Antwerp'.

Pay in 3 simple steps:

1. Click on 'Order' on your shop page.
   Fill in your contact details and delivery address and click on 'Checkout' to go to the next step.
2. Check that everything is correct: the articles, total amount and contact details and then click on 'Continue' to go to the next step.
3. You automatically arrive at the OGONE SECURED page. Select the desired method of payment (VISA, Mastercard, Bancontact, Maestro, ING Online, Paypal or Bank Transfer).
   Once you have paid, you will receive an e-mail with a copy of your order. The money is only taken from your account after a second confirmation has been sent.
   Your order will be dispatched the next working day.

When will my order be dispatched?
We dispatch orders twice a week. Your order will be sent the next working day after payment.

When will my order be delivered?
Delivery in Belgium takes between 2 and 4 working days. Delivery abroad takes between 5 and 7 working days depending on the distance to the addressee.

Can I have a receipt?
Yes of course. When you fill in your details on the shop page, you have the option of giving your company name and VAT number. We will then ensure you receive a receipt with your delivery.

In the event of a problem, you can send the goods back within 5 working days, provided they are in their original, new condition. Delivery charges will not be refunded.

How do I return an item?

• Send us an e-mail with your name, address, your order ID and a description of the problem. You will receive an answer from us with a returns number and other details within 2 working days.
• The item MUST be returned by recorded delivery (which means we have to sign for receipt of your package). We accept NO responsibility for packages which do not reach us or go missing in the post. Delivery charges are not refunded.
• We send you the correct item at no extra cost to you. The same object cannot be returned twice.
