You don't need to register on copyrightbookshop.be.
Just place the items you wish to purchase in the basket.

There are two possibilities:

• you can have the books SENT
• you come and PICK UP the books YOURSELF from one of the two shops. Choose 'I'll collect my books in Ghent or Antwerp'.

Pay in 3 simple steps:

1. Click on 'Order' on your shop page.
   Fill in your contact details and delivery address and click on 'Checkout' to go to the next step.
2. Check that everything is correct: the articles, total amount and contact details and then click on 'Continue' to go to the next step.
3. You automatically arrive at the OGONE SECURED page. Select the desired method of payment (VISA, Mastercard, Bancontact and Maestro).
   Once you have paid, you will receive an e-mail with a copy of your order. The money is only taken from your account after a second confirmation has been sent.
   Your order will be dispatched on Thursday.
   

The prize is valid for the entire purchase period.

Paying with your credit card on copyrightbookshop.be carries no risk whatsoever. You are directed to a secure OGONE page. All the details on this secure page are filled in by you and processed by OGONE alone.

We guarantee we will only use your personal details to process your order and never pass this information on to third parties.

When will my order be dispatched?
We dispatch orders once a week. Every Thursday all packages are collected by our shipper. You will be notified when your payment has been processed and when the order is ready for shipping.

When will my order be delivered?
For Belgium please allow a delivery time of between two and four working days after the collection date, and for abroad between five and eight working days after the collection date, depending on the distance to the addressee. From the middle of February we will be using a safer delivery system: your order will have to be signed for on arrival and you will be given a Track & Trace number on request.

Can I have a receipt?
Yes of course. When you fill in your details on the shop page, you have the option of giving your company name and VAT number. We will then ensure you receive a receipt with your delivery.

In the event of a problem, you can send the goods back within 14 working days, provided they are in their original, new condition. Delivery charges will not be refunded.

How do I return an item?

• Send us an e-mail with your name, address, your order ID and a description of the problem. You will receive an answer from us with a returns number and other details within 2 working days.
• The item MUST be returned by recorded delivery (which means we have to sign for receipt of your package). We accept NO responsibility for packages which do not reach us or go missing in the post. Delivery charges are not refunded.
• We send you the correct item at no extra cost to you. The same object cannot be returned twice.
